Every treatment, explained

What each treatment does and what to expect in the chair. Not sure what you need? Book a consultation and we'll tell you straight.

Healthy teeth. Better smiles.

Routine check-ups to full smile makeovers, done properly and explained clearly.

Regular Check-up

A full exam of your teeth, gums and bite. We look for decay, gum disease and wear, then tell you exactly what needs attention and what can wait.

Scaling & Polishing

Plaque and hardened tartar are removed from above and below the gumline, then teeth are polished to lift surface stains. Your teeth feel smooth and your gums get a chance to heal.

Teeth Whitening

We start with a scale and polish so the whitening gel works on clean enamel. The gel is applied in the chair under supervision and lifts deep stains from coffee, tea and smoking.

Fillings

Decay is cleaned out and the tooth is rebuilt with tooth-coloured composite, shaded to match and shaped to your bite. No silver, no dark edges.

Laser Filling

A dental laser removes decay instead of a drill. Less noise, less vibration and often little or no numbing needed. A good option for nervous patients.

Extraction

The area is fully numbed and the tooth is eased out. You leave with clear aftercare instructions so the socket heals cleanly.

Surgical Extraction

For impacted wisdom teeth or teeth broken at the gumline. Under local anaesthetic, a small opening gives access to the tooth, which is removed and the site stitched to heal.

Root Canal Treatment

Infected nerve tissue is removed from inside the tooth, the canals are cleaned and sealed. It ends the ache and saves a tooth that would otherwise be lost. Usually finished with a crown.

Crown & Bridge

A crown caps a cracked, weak or heavily filled tooth to protect it. A bridge replaces a missing tooth by anchoring a false one to the teeth on either side. Both are custom made to match your smile.

Veneers

Thin custom shells bonded to the front of your teeth. They correct chips, gaps, stains and uneven shapes, and they're how most smile makeovers are done.

Night Guard

A custom-fitted guard you wear while you sleep. It takes the force of clenching and grinding, protects your enamel and eases jaw pain and morning headaches.

Braces

Brackets and wires move teeth into position gradually. You come in for regular adjustments until your teeth and bite are where they should be, followed by a retainer to hold the result.

Invisible Aligners

A series of clear, removable trays, each moving your teeth a little further. Nobody notices you're wearing them, and you take them out to eat and brush.

Skin that looks rested. Results that look natural.

Rejuvenation, anti-ageing and hair treatments, tailored to your skin.

Hydrafacial

Cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extraction and hydration in one session. Clogged pores clear out and skin looks fresh straight after. Back to your day immediately.

Vampire Facial

A small blood sample is spun to separate platelet-rich plasma, which is worked into the skin with microneedling. It boosts collagen to improve texture, tone and acne scars.

PRP for Face

Platelet-rich plasma from your own blood is injected into the skin. The growth factors stimulate collagen, soften fine lines and improve dull, uneven texture.

PRP for Hair

Platelet-rich plasma is injected into the scalp where hair is thinning. It strengthens follicles and encourages thicker growth. Best results come from a course of sessions.

Chemical Peel

A controlled peel removes the dull outer layer of skin. It targets pigmentation, acne marks and uneven tone. Expect light flaking for a few days as fresh skin comes through.

Carbon Laser for Face

A fine layer of carbon is applied and then lifted off with a laser, pulling out oil and debris with it. Pores look smaller and skin looks brighter. Often called the Hollywood peel.

Carbon Laser for Face, Hands & Feet

The same carbon laser treatment extended to your hands and feet, for brighter, more even skin wherever it shows.

Mole Removal

The mole is checked first, then removed under local numbing with care to keep marking minimal. Quick, and you go home the same day.

Exosomes

Exosomes carry signals that tell cells to repair and regenerate. Applied with microneedling or injection, they're used to restart hair growth and rejuvenate ageing skin.

Fat Dissolving Injections

Injections break down small pockets of stubborn fat, like under the chin. The treated fat cells are cleared out naturally by the body over the following weeks.

Glutathione Drips

An IV drip of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. Used for skin brightening and a more even complexion, usually as a course of sessions.

Botox

Tiny injections relax the muscles that cause forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet. Results appear within one to two weeks and look natural, not frozen.

Fillers & Threads

Fillers replace lost volume in cheeks, lips and deep folds. Threads are placed under the skin to lift and tighten sagging areas. Both give a visible lift right away.

Profhilo

An injectable hyaluronic acid that spreads under the skin to hydrate, firm and improve crepey texture. The usual course is two sessions a month apart.

Smooth skin, minus the razor.

Laser energy targets hair at the root and slows regrowth. Sessions are a few weeks apart, and most people need a course of several for lasting results. Each session takes minutes for small areas.

Questions we get asked a lot

Quick answers before you book. Anything else, just message us.

Booking & visits

How do I book an appointment?

Use the booking form on this site or message us directly. Send your name, the treatment you're interested in and a day that suits you, and we'll confirm your slot.

Where is the clinic?

Safari Hospital, Phase 1, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. There's a map and directions on our contact page.

Are the prices on the website final?

They're a guide and can change. Your exact cost is confirmed at your consultation, before any treatment starts.

I'm not sure which treatment I need. What should I do?

Book a consultation. We'll assess your teeth or skin and recommend only what you actually need.

Dental care

Does a root canal hurt?

The tooth is fully numbed first, so most people feel pressure rather than pain. It's usually far easier than living with the infection it treats.

Braces or invisible aligners: which is better?

Both straighten teeth. Aligners are clear and removable. Braces stay fixed and suit more complex cases. We'll tell you which fits your teeth at your consultation.

How long does teeth whitening last?

Typically six months to two years. Tea, coffee and smoking bring stains back faster.

How often should I get a check-up?

Every six months, even when nothing hurts. Problems caught early are easier and cheaper to fix.

Aesthetics & laser

How long does Botox last?

Usually three to four months, after which the muscles gradually return to normal movement.

Is there downtime after a Hydrafacial?

No. Your skin may look slightly flushed for a short while, and you can go straight back to your day.

How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?

Most people need six to eight sessions, a few weeks apart. Hair grows in cycles, so a course is needed to reach every follicle.

Is PRP safe?

PRP uses plasma from your own blood, so the risk of an allergic reaction is very low. Mild redness or swelling usually settles within a day or two.

Not sure which treatment is right?

Start with a consultation. We'll look, listen and recommend only what you need.
